Goofy Kids

These are some great pictures of the kids playing dress up with Kayla.

We did it!

Randy built the bathtub box without much help from me. I did purchase the material and design the majority of it, but his labor was the biggest part. Thanks babe!

Go Hogs!

That was a great game last night. The Arkansas Razorbacks were unable to pull off a victory. But, they left their blood, sweat and tears on that field in Alabama. The refs did their best to make sure Alabama won, stopping the clock by pulling out the lines to measure for a first down with 21 seconds left in the game - WHAT? Watching Darren McFadden play reminds me of Emmit Smith in the early 90's playing for the Dallas Cowboys. I wonder if those two men have met and what they look like beside one another. Let's hope the Heisman Trophy goes to the best running back to graduate from Oak Grove High School!! I pick Darren McFadden to win. Randy had the foresight to buy tickets for the game next week at the stadium in Fayetteville, we are taking the kids to their first football game. What fun!

Bathroom Renovation

A leaky shower, mold growing on the floor, what a great combination. Lord willing, a "spa like" bathroom experience will be the result of the trial, plus patience, endurance, more dependance on God, etc. We will see! The question today is "Can Randy and I build a bathtub box?" We can deliver a healthy baby at home, surely we can build a simple bathtub box!

First Grade

Levi is getting used to the First Grade. It is strange to me how boys come home from school all bowed up, on the defensive. They must have to really defend themselves at school. Kinda scary. He only does that the first two weeks of school, last year he did the same thing. Weird. Anyway, First grade is a lot of reading, spelling tests every Friday, art class once a week, music class once a week and PE twice a week! Levi continues to improve with Piano practice after school and lessons once a week. He enjoys going to the library and soccer practice. We are excited to start soccer again, we have a really good team. We won on Saturday 32-1. This year we get to keep score, the daddies and boys are happy about that.

Fishing Derby

Levi and Zachary had fun. The smart fish did not take the bait. But it was a good time anyway!

Denise is 30!

Look how beautiful Denise is at age 30! Two healthy children and a wonderful, supportive husband - God is generous with his blessings!!

Levi is Six

Levi had a great Birthday Party! He is growing taller and stronger every day. He really enjoys drawing and reading. Randy and I pray every day that he will choose to follow God everyday of his life.

Home Bound

The trip was fun, but we were ready to get back home.

Keuka Lake Tour

One afternoon we toured beautiful Keuka lake on a charted boat. It was a lot of fun.
